What is Project Forge Lab about?

Our mission is to empower students to take initiative in practical projects. In small teams of 3–4 members, students use their spare time to start from a user story, break it down into actionable issues, and develop solutions following an agile approach. We organize biweekly sprint meetings to track progress, leveraging the tools and skills students already have access to.
